Do you have a question about a product or before you pay? Just submit your order and select the Payment Method of "Check by Mail" and put in your question in the Notes/Comments section of your order. This will submit the order with "No Payment" and we will call or e-mail you a response within 24 hours during regular business days. You are not responsible for any orders placed in this manner, it just helps our staff have complete information in front of them when speaking with you concerning your order.
Shipping Charges and Product Availability
Shipping charges are estimates unless items is shown as a free shipping item. There will be times (rarely approx. 1 in 100 orders require modification) that we will have to contact you with changes to shipping costs. Due to the bulk size of the equipment featured in our store and fluctuating fuel and transport prices, it is possible for our system to not accurately calculate the shipping costs. So we reserve the right to modify the order, with your approval, based on the new shipping charges. Should you not be in agreement with the additional charges for any reason we will gladly refund your purchase.
Products are available based on warehouse inventory. We do not maintain direct access to our partners inventory so it is possible that an item will exceed the "Usually Ships" estimates listed by product. Within 24-72 hours after you place your order with us we will provide you with an expected ship date based on what we receive back from our partner factories. If the ship date is not to your satisfaction we will gladly refund and cancel your order.
WE ONLY CHARGE TAX WHEN SHIPPING ADDRESS IS IN FLORIDA. Customer will be responsible for local taxes and tariff/custom fees when shipping items from US to Canada or Wesco items delivered within Canada.
