Wesco: Warranty is 2 years from date of purchase on every item.

Procedure : Customer needs to contact Kids Gym by either calling 866-629-3756 or send an e-mail to info@toddlerfitness.com for RA #. We usually request a picture of damaged product or may ask for return for evaluation. Once product has been received back the factory will send a replacement.

Other Returns within 30 days of delivery (error, personal, etc...) restocking fee 20% + shipping charges (in-out). Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packing. If  a free shipping item is returned a 15% shipping fee will be reduced from refund. Total restock fee in this example will be 35% Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packing.


Children's Factory: Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase on most items, 7 years on cots.

Alessco Inc.: LIMITED WARRANTY - 1 Year

During the first year, after the original date of purchase, ALESSCO INC. will, through its authorized dealer, replace any parts, which are defective in workmanship or material due to normal use.; This warranty does not cover puncture (from high heels, sharp objects, etc.), slashing, cutting, abrasion (from soil, gravel, stones, etc.) nor any other damage due to accidental causes or intentional or unintentional misuse. It is the responsibility of the consumer to establish the original purchase date for the purpose of the warranty such as a bill of sale, canceled check or some other appropriate payment record.

ECR4Kids - 1 Year from date of purchase
Covers manufacturing defects, i.e. Fabric seams unraveling, tearing, ripping, cracking, or splitting.

ECR4Kids warrants that its products shall be free of all substantial defects in original material and workmanship that may become evident within certain time constrains. This limited warranty does not cover apparent defects caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product, or failures resulting from inadequate inspection and maintenance. ECR4Kids may repair or replace, at its option, any portion of the product which proves to be defective under the terms of this limited warranty at no further cost to the buyer. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required. Customer must present proof of defect in the form of images and/or actual defective product at the time of claim to ECR4Kids. ECR4Kids can and will request that defective product be presented for review at our discretion.

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSED HERE. ECR4Kids shall be liable under this limited warranty only for the cost or, at its option, the repair or replacement of defective products. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise, including but not limited to business losses, personal property damage, and third party liabilities are hereby expressly excluded. Also expressly excluded under this warranty are glides/casters, vinyl/fabric upholstery material, damage resulting from sun/rain or weather, and ink based products.

If  a free shipping item is returned a 15% shipping fee will be reduced from refund. Total restock fee in this example will be 40% Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packing.


APPLIES TO ALL COMPANIES - THE FINE PRINT

Warranty shall not apply in the event the products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modification, or repair by persons not authorized by the manufacturer. Check manufacturers websites for additional details.

1. All implied warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.

2. Purchasers remedy, if any, for any defective products shall be limited to a refund, replacement, or adjustment by the manufacturer of the products at manufacturer's option and shall in no event include damages of any kind whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

3. Inspect all merchandise at arrival "BEFORE" the delivery agent leaves. Have them mark on the order any damage to the goods or cartons at the time of delivery. If you are shorted any items, please have them note that as well. If damage is found after delivery, immediate inspection by the delivering carrier must be requested. The delivering carrier must be notified at once of concealed damage. All cartons and merchandise must be held for inspection. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
